PSC has no failures of any product in spaceflight after more than 50 missions.

*Launch vehicle failed. **The Original had flexures and a thermal knife to initiate separation. CSD is Canisterized Satellite Dispenser. The Standard Lightband had hinged leaves and a thermal knife to initiate. The Mk I Lightband used electric motors on the inside to initiate separation. The Mk II Lightband uses electric motors on the outside to initiate separation. PSC no longer makes the Original, Standard or Mk I Lightband.
