*Launch vehicle failed. **The Original had flexures and a thermal knife to initiate separation. CSD is Canisterized Satellite Dispenser. The Standard Lightband had hinged leaves and a thermal knife to initiate. The Mk I Lightband used electric motors on the inside to initiate separation. The Mk II Lightband uses electric motors on the outside to initiate separation. Advanced Lightband (ALB) uses a single motor on the inside to initiate separation. PSC no longer makes the Original, Standard or Mk I Lightband.
